Potrivo — Privacy Policy

Potrivo is a puzzle game published by Calnexia. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data.

Data we collect

Potrivo does not collect personal data. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no tracking across apps or websites. The one thing that leaves your device is the purchase receipt described under Purchases below.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress — levels completed, stars, best times, hint balance, language and sound settings — is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and restore them on your devices. For this, RevenueCat receives a store-provided purchase receipt and an anonymous identifier. We never receive your name, email address, or payment details. Children

Potrivo is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal data, we collect none from children either.

Your rights

To erase everything the app stores on your device, delete the app. The only record held off your device is the purchase receipt kept by RevenueCat so your purchase can be restored; it holds no name, email address or payment details. To have that record deleted, write to cip@calnexia.com and we will do it and answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
